Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end procurement operations across P2P, sourcing, and procurement technology enablement for all goods and services.
  • •Drive adoption of a contract-first CLM framework while reducing procurement cycle times and improving stakeholder experience.
  • •Support Accounting with PO hygiene, invoice-match resolution, accruals, vendor master data, and close activities.
  • •Pilot and scale AI for contract analysis, spend classification, supplier intelligence, negotiation prep, and workflow automation.
  • •Lead sourcing events and negotiations across core life-sciences suppliers, structuring agreements and managing supplier performance and risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain (biotech, pharma, or high-growth tech preferred).
  • •Proven negotiation results on complex service agreements (e.g., CRO, services, technology).
  • •Hands-on experience with modern procurement tools such as Ironclad, Coupa, NetSuite, or Ramp.
  • •Practical AI fluency applied to real procurement workflows and processes you have automated.
