Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with teams across International Wealth and Premier Banking to understand how they support customers from everyday banking to long-term planning.
  • •Learn the product suite, including current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, plus savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management.
  • •Develop relationship management skills by learning how to track conversations, manage relationships, and uncover new opportunities using digital tools.
  • •Understand how laws and regulations affect international clients and how HSBC ensures compliance.
  • •Participate in structured training, mentoring, and skills coaching to prepare for a future relationship management career.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time for 10 weeks commencing June 2027.
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong for the full duration of the programme and beyond, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
  • •Expected to graduate between November 2027 and July 2028.
