Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute geotechnical engineering work as an individual or with cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Provide guidance and training to entry- and mid-level geotechnical engineers.
  • •Analyze and interpret field-investigation data and support project development, design, and construction.
  • •Maintain quality control standards for accurate measurements, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • •Develop construction plans/specifications/cost estimates and prepare/review technical reports and presentations, including implementing site HASPs.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical emphasis (MS degree a plus).
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • •7-10+ years of professional experience in geotechnical/geologic projects.
  • •Project management experience including scoping and tracking hours and expenses.
  • •Proficiency in geotechnical design/analysis topics such as deep/shallow foundations, slope stability, seismic engineering, retaining walls, and related ground improvement and permitting issues.
