Support and optimize the application landscape for ZOLL CMS EMEA by administering, installing, and configuring server-side applications on Microsoft Server platforms across Europe. Lead IT projects, analyze requirements, coordinate resources and vendors, deploy updates, and ensure reliable end-user support and operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Administration, installation, configuration, and support of server-side applications based on Microsoft Server 2012 and later across multiple European locations
•Ensuring stable operations through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem resolution, process optimization, and application monitoring
•Planning, coordinating, and independently managing IT and software projects within the IT Application Team from initiation to completion
•Participating in requirements analysis for software requests and contributing to the implementation and further development of new software solutions
•Coordinating internal IT resources, business departments, external service providers, and software vendors on all application-related matters

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in business informatics
•Experience with System-/ and Database integration (authorization, authentication, VPN)
•Experience with System Architecture and Scripting (Python, Powershell)
•Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 20%), including weekends
•Fluent English skills with an aptitude for effective communication at all levels
