Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements without compromising quality of decision and customer experience
  • •Lead a cross functional squad across risk, engineering, data, machine learning, and operations to develop and deliver the strategic product roadmap
  • •Build new toolings and/or improvements to existing toolings to help COps improve their efficiency
  • •Collaborate with the Ops Collective to deliver improvements to forecasting and planning, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time
  • •Act as the central point of execution for our AI-first strategy to move toward scalable risk reduction

Salary: GBP 105,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in product management, ideally within fintech or scale up companies, working in complex, ambiguous problem spaces where the tech is changing rapidly
  • •Strong understanding of automation, AI-driven tooling, and operational efficiency improvements
  • •Experience working with cross functional teams, especially operational teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • •Ability to make decisions balancing difficult trade offs (e.g., speed vs. accuracy) while maintaining a seamless customer experience
  • •A data-driven mindset, with experience using insights to drive product decisions and measure success
