Hospital Case Manager (Mediclinic George, George, ZA, York And G)

Coordinate the hospital case management process to facilitate timely communication between all role players and provide accurate clinical information to minimise financial risk. Manage patient stays, ensure compliance with case management procedures, contracts and legal aspects, and finalise cases for reimbursements. Communicate with funders through agreed case management channels, ensure adherence to Level 3 clinical coding guidelines, and (if applicable) lead and manage the Case Management team.
