Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage one or more cross-functional teams responsible for daily delivery and business performance.
  • •Own team P&Ls and develop, recommend, and implement strategic and annual plans for partners.
  • •Create a partner success strategy and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • •Build and maintain partner relationships (insurance brokers, agencies, travel advisors), acting as an escalation point and representing the partnership success team.
  • •Monitor partner- and team-specific KPIs, drive key strategies to improve customer experience, and collaborate with senior leadership and functional heads to align resources in an agile environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business (or related field) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience, ideally managing people.
  • •Proven leadership success facilitating change and delivering projects in a matrix environment.
  • •Significant insurance industry experience, particularly working with insurance brokerages, agencies, or travel advisors/travel agencies.
  • •Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and business financial/regulatory understanding.
