Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee fulfillment processes (warehouse, portioning, pick & pack) and ensure customers receive perfect boxes on time
  • •Lead and develop a multi-department team of Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Coordinators/Team Leaders while building a high-performing culture
  • •Set up and manage KPI targets for safety, food safety, quality, order accuracy, cost, and on-time delivery
  • •Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics to deliver production plans that optimize freshness and DC targets
  • •Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, standard process setup, and cross-team system/data/process improvements

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of manufacturing and/or supply chain experience with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
  • •Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety in a warehouse and production environment
  • •Experience managing large-scale operations with multiple management tiers and large employee headcount
  • •Strong communication and leadership to build relationships, motivate teams, and drive accountability
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification/license preferred; ability to handle multiple projects while prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and achieving budgets
