Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate Product Certification priorities into ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Set and run operating rhythms (leadership meetings, milestone reviews, action tracking) to keep the organization aligned and accountable.
  • •Manage program metrics/dashboards and certification status tracking, including basis progress, means-of-compliance status, and project milestones.
  • •Own the official communication record with the FAA and applicable foreign certification authorities, and maintain audit-ready project file records.
  • •Lead a small team (~2 direct reports) and drive removal of organizational barriers to cross-functional execution and partner alignment.

Salary: USD 165,900 - 207,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive leadership, operations, or program management experience in complex, fast-moving organizations.
  • •Experience driving execution across multiple teams as a chief of staff, senior operations leader, or program/organizational leader.
  • •Experience managing a team and developing direct reports.
  • •Experience building performance management systems, dashboards, and operating rhythms that drive measurable execution.
  • •Strong track record resolving cross-functional barriers and influencing without direct authority.
