Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain execution for complex EPC(M) projects, coordinating teams across Santiago office and multiple project sites.
  • •Develop and implement client-aligned supply chain strategies and contracting plans to mitigate commercial risks and ensure Wood standards compliance.
  • •Oversee national and international acquisition of equipment, materials, and modular components, including global logistics, import/export controls, and supplier performance.
  • •Monitor and report procurement and subcontracting progress, ensure timely delivery within approved budgets and schedules, and escalate critical issues to project leadership.
  • •Manage department operations (resource planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management) and drive continuous improvement initiatives with standardized processes.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain experience, including leadership roles on major EPC(M) projects.
  • •Ability to lead teams across multiple locations to deliver complex projects, including office and remote resources.
  • •Proven experience acquiring international equipment, materials, and modular components, with strong global logistics and import/export regulations knowledge.
  • •Strong familiarity with material management systems (e.g., AVEVA, SmartPlant, SAP) and advanced procurement, expediting, logistics, and supplier quality functions.
