Job Summary

Own AI-driven HR Service Delivery product outcomes, providing vision and direction for ServiceNow Now Assist solutions. Manage and prioritize the team backlog, write and accept user stories, and align work with HR AI priorities through PI planning and refinement. Partner with Product Management across roadmap and release cycles, mitigate impediments to delivery, and research HR AI trends to continuously improve value and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide vision and direction for AI-driven HR Service Delivery solutions leveraging ServiceNow Now Assist.
•Manage and prioritize the product feature backlog, ensuring the team has prepared work aligned with HR AI priorities.
•Plan backlog work, write and elaborate user stories, and establish acceptance criteria for AI-driven HR features.
•Partner with Product Management on program backlog preparation and participate in Agile Release Train (ART) sync meetings to deliver solution value.
•Lead release cycle planning, mitigate impediments, and keep abreast of Agile/Scrum/SAFe best practices and AI innovations.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/SAFe environment.
•Proven track record delivering AI-driven HR Service Delivery solutions on ServiceNow.
•Experience implementing or managing Now Assist use cases and AI workflows.
•Strong experience in product development and backlog management.
•Familiarity with Agile approaches such as XP, Kanban, Crystal, or FDD.
