Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Global Customer Experience and Partners, building a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners and coaching for exceptional hiring outcomes. Partner with Operations and Finance on headcount budgets, forecasts, reporting, and capacity planning. Serve as the operational right hand to the TA GCO Vice President, establish execution rhythms, and collaborate with HR, Talent Marketing, Operations, and Analytics to align recruitment branding and data-driven insights—driving innovation with AI and emerging tools.
