As a Welder on first shift, you will read blueprints, adjust MIG weld settings, and weld parts to blueprint specs. You will set up fixtures, operate grinders, visually inspect welds for quality, and collaborate with a team on a busy production floor.

•Read and follow welding symbols on blueprints
