Job Summary

Ensure an excellent vehicle rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities with every customer. You’ll communicate with customers about reservations and rental vehicles, help them choose the right vehicle, and explain damages, rental policies, and contract details. Key Responsibilities

•Communicate with customers to answer questions and address concerns about reservations or rental vehicles.
•Help customers choose vehicles based on needs such as price and size, and inform them of any pre-existing damage before renting.
•Prepare and manage rental agreements in the company system, including upselling vehicles and optional extras and explaining contract details, policies, and procedures.
•Process payments (credit card via company system, cash/POS/bank transfer), reconcile daily transactions, prepare bank deposits, and maintain transaction and customer rental records.
•Oversee vehicle maintenance and inventory, ensure driver/vehicle readiness (tyres/accessories/mileage, cleaning, fuel), handle complaints for damage, and produce end-of-duty reports (daily collection, POS reconciliation, vehicle status).
