Job Summary

Facilitate Agile delivery for CTO Data Technology, leading ceremonies and coaching teams on Scrum principles to improve maturity and effectiveness. Partner with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Own end-to-end project management activities, manage RAID logs and governance, coordinate dependencies, and drive release readiness, UAT alignment, and post-go-live stabilization while reporting delivery metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile/Scrum to improve delivery effectiveness.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and strategic priorities; analyze and document requirements, user journeys, and system/process impacts.
•Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications; partner with Product Owner and delivery teams to prioritize backlog items.
•Identify delivery risks, impediments, and blockers; support UAT planning and quality assurance alignment with business expectations.
•Own end-to-end project management, including scope/timeline/milestones, budget and resource planning, RAID/governance tracking, cross-team/vendor coordination, release readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Requirements

•University degree or above.
•10+ years’ experience in technology/digital delivery, with proven experience as Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid delivery roles.
•Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
•Experience eliciting requirements, process mapping, story writing, and defining acceptance criteria.
•Experience with Agile/collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and project planning including dependencies, budgeting, and resource management.
