Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company.
  • •Shipped production agents on Vercel, building custom internal GTM apps and durable workflows that run reliably in production.
  • •Fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) used in production—not just experimentation.
  • •Hands-on experience with Clay as a primary enrichment and workflow tool, including pushing it to its limits.
  • •Direct experience with Salesforce, including owning CRM-level changes and working comfortably with its data model.
