Evaluate new commercial loan requests for the Centralized Commercial Lending – New Money team, analyzing cash flows, financial statements, and Moody’s CreditLens spreads to recommend approval or denial. Partner with relationship managers and business development officers to gather required information, meet SLA/timeliness goals in a high-volume environment, and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and know-your-customer requirements.

•Review cash flows and Moody’s CreditLens spreads to conduct analyses and recommend approval or denial of new loans in accordance with bank policies.
•Prepare clear, detailed credit origination memorandums identifying strengths, risks, and mitigating factors.
•Spread and interpret financial statements, tax returns, and projections to evaluate creditworthiness.
•Provide recommendations on loan structuring and alternative structures that may better fit the transaction.
•Collaborate with relationship managers and business development officers to gather information, meet SLA/turn-time goals, and support compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and enhanced due diligence guidelines.

•Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, to spread and interpret financial statements, tax returns, and projections.
•Knowledge of bank operations and products, with Moody’s CreditLens and nCino knowledge preferred.
