Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the release and program lifecycle end-to-end, including product definition, prototyping, continuous integration, testing, production release, and post-release evaluation.
  • •Develop and execute strategic forecasts and plans, setting milestones to keep releases and programs on track.
  • •Provide leadership to multi-functional and cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer engineering or an engineering field, with 10–12 years of project management experience in embedded product development.
  • •PMP certification and Scrum Master certification (added advantage).
  • •Experience leading complex product development programs in a global setup.
  • •Must have project management experience in embedded product development and demonstrated ability to plan/manage budget, resources, and work activities for NPD projects.
  • •Experience working on teams using Agile development methods; strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.
