Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and migrate financial and ESG reports (annual, quarterly, and integrated reports) in Lucanet Disclosure Management.
  • •Accurately reproduce existing report structures, including headings, tables, typography, and corporate-identity requirements.
  • •Configure layouts, page settings, and styles via the Layout Robot to enable consistent automation.
  • •Manage multiple reports in parallel while balancing speed and accuracy within agreed timelines.
  • •Run quality checks on report formatting (fonts, line breaks, alignment) and clarify layout questions with customers via email and occasional team calls.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, or training/study in communication design or media design with strong interest in financial reporting.
  • •Very strong hands-on knowledge of Word and Excel for structured document editing, such as from theses, formatted reports, or similar experience.
  • •Structured, solution-oriented, independent work style with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects and tight deadlines.
  • •Strong communication skills in German and English for internal work and occasional customer contact.
