Key Requirements

  • •2+ years leading a team of BDRs, preferably in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, infrastructure, or open source software (OSS) contexts.
  • •Experience managing sales funnels across multiple channels with a focus on performance and funnel effectiveness.
  • •Hands-on experience enabling teams through onboarding, learning and development, and ongoing coaching.
  • •Experience using sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms, lead generation software, and AI tools.
