Key Responsibilities

  • •Design high-quality design work meeting client requirements and industry standards, with accountability for personal delivery and that of the wider team.
  • •Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely, cost-effective project execution and monitor programme performance against baseline, identifying blockers.
  • •Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard through thorough reviews and checks, providing feedback to junior staff when needed.
  • •Take ownership of project elements supported by junior staff and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • •Develop Design Risk Assessments and Project SHE Plans to integrate safety and environmental considerations into all project phases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Beng Civil Engineering)
  • •Actively working towards professional accreditation with a relevant body
  • •Experience within the water or wastewater industry
