Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop digital central solutions for 3D-IC applications, translating customer and foundry requirements into software solutions.
  • •Build early-stage physical design flows, with a focus on pre-place-and-route (pre PnR) methodology.
  • •Collaborate with customers to understand design and advanced node requirements.
  • •Work with software performance optimization, capacity, and usability design for engineering workflows.
  • •Support software development for large-scale data and software infrastructure, including debugging and maintaining legacy codebases.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • •Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, computational geometry, database, parallel programming, information theory, and compiler concepts.
  • •Experience with early-stage physical design flows prior to place-and-route.
  • •Knowledge of object-oriented programming and data structures/algorithms, with the ability to debug large legacy codebases.
  • •Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments (Windows familiarity is beneficial) and professional communication in English.
