Key Responsibilities

•Requirements gathering and documentation: engage with stakeholders to understand, gather, and prioritize business requirements; document detailed functional and technical requirements; conduct feasibility analysis.
•Solution design and validation: collaborate with technical teams to design IT solutions; provide recommendations on system improvements and best practices; evaluate multiple solutions for effectiveness.
•Process improvement and optimization: analyze current processes, lead reengineering initiatives, and implement improvements with cross-functional teams.
•Project management and support: act as the lead analyst on IT projects, manage scope and timelines, coordinate tasks, and support resource planning and risk management.
•Stakeholder communication and collaboration: serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams; manage expectations and provide status updates.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of IT Business Analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
•Experience in Banking/Financial domain, specifically reconciliation
•Experience with reconciliation tools such as IntelliMatch, Duco, Gresham, and TLM
•Strong English proficiency and ability to work in an onshore/offshore, multi-location environment
•Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; CSPO/PMP/AWS certifications are a plus
