Supervisor, Mill Maintenance

Oversee and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities across the milling complex’s crushing, grinding, flotation, filtering/drying, and leaching areas. Lead Millwrights, Welders, and union trade teams with a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, mine, and environmental rules. Manage work schedules, troubleshoot equipment failures to address root causes, track maintenance performance using KPIs, and coordinate planning inputs for short- and long-range maintenance schedules.
