  • •Coordinate Rail Ops shift crews to transport ore from Andoom to East Weipa Stockyards.
  • •Maintain rail track health to ensure rolling stock can safely meet targets throughout the year.
  • •Coach and develop crew leaders and step-up crew leaders to continuously improve Process & Export operations.
  • •Provide peer support to achieve broader Weipa Portfolio objectives.
