Job Summary

Advise and support customers on cloud efficiency and cost optimisation using FinOps principles, with a focus on maximising the value of AWS in defence and national security environments. You’ll work strategically and hands-on: developing FinOps strategies, influencing architectural decisions, and collaborating with product architects and engineering teams to build cost-considered solutions. Partner with stakeholders across large organisations to align cloud investment with business objectives and create data-driven business cases.

•Advise a business unit on making cloud-based capabilities more efficient and cost-effective.
•Develop and influence FinOps strategies and approaches to help customers optimise cloud investments.
•Collaborate with product architects and engineering teams to architect solutions with cost considered from the outset.
•Advise on AWS cost optimisation strategies and champion FinOps principles across internal teams and external stakeholders.
•Help customers adopting cloud migration by applying FinOps practices to maximise value.
