Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage all LEAN topics across the DC and deploy LEAN Management methodology to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • •Lead, coach, and mentor multiple improvement teams and employ leadership/project management to complete projects on time and meet objectives.
  • •Regularly conduct internal LEAN audits to monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Ensure optimal use and maintenance of the Labor Management (LM) tool, including labor planning & performance management, process analyses, and time studies.
  • •Partner with IT, IT and DC process owners, industrial engineering, and training stakeholders to standardize work, support implementation, and build benchmarking partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years applying LEAN concepts in an operations environment.
  • •Demonstrated statistical and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • •Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
