Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of store operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and update strategic product presentation and merchandising by managing product recovery, restock/destock, and visual changes per direction with the Visual Manager.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management, using payroll management and adapting zones/visual support to business needs.
  • •Partner with Operations and Visual Manager to manage budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Lead by example, inspire staff, provide coaching and feedback, support recruitment and development of talent, and ensure store open/close per visual standards.
