Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in business analysis roles, with exposure to insurance transformation initiatives and complex delivery environments.
  • •Hands-on requirements engineering experience, including user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end traceability in agile delivery frameworks.
  • •Solid knowledge of core insurance domains (Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, Payments) and end-to-end customer journeys.
  • •Practical experience with BMP and related platforms/assets (e.g., APL, ABS, Guidewire, APIs, integrations) or equivalent core insurance solutions.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to model business processes and translate business needs into delivery-ready requirements.
