Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering/science/math/CS field (or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work).
  • •Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader/temp manager/large-scale cross-functional project/program management/formal management) or completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •2+ years of experience on space programs.
  • •2+ years of experience with system software integration and test.
