Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, correct, and disseminate flight plans and other flight messages using CADAS.
  • •Obtain information for pre-flight and in-flight information services.
  • •Send NOTAMs on behalf of the Airport Authority and disseminate via Email or AFTN.
  • •Code and decode incoming/outgoing NOTAMs and monitor their validity.
  • •Update aeronautical information related to OMSJ NOTAMs to all airport agencies via Email.
