Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, build, and implement a Generative AI Agent platform for priority banking services from discovery through production rollout.
  • •Architect enterprise platform capabilities including agent orchestration, workflow design, tool/function integration, memory/state management, skill registry/management, and reusable delivery patterns.
  • •Drive platform adoption at scale via reference implementations, onboarding pathways, developer enablement (APIs/SDKs, templates, documentation), and governance.
  • •Own platform performance management by defining success metrics and SLOs, implementing observability, running evaluations, and tuning reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery execution by managing scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones; coordinate across teams and advise senior leadership on technical options and trade-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering (or related), plus strong communication skills in English.
  • •5+ years of hands-on coding experience with Python or Java or Golang, and at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • •Ability to deploy and operate services in production; Docker/Kubernetes preferred.
  • •2+ years building and shipping LLM/GenAI applications, including agentic workflows, multi-agents, tool/function calling, and RAG with vector databases.
  • •Experience applying AI-native approaches and delivering creative solutions while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
