Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to M&A strategy by identifying and ideating on investment ideas and potential targets across technology services in North America and Asia Pacific.
  • •Lead comprehensive financial models to assess investments, including valuation, synergy analysis (DCF), accretion/dilution, scenario/sensitivity, and ROI/IRR.
  • •Manage project teams during the diligence process and coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT) and external advisors.
  • •Develop detailed investment evaluation materials for executive and investment committee/board reviews.
  • •Support deal pipeline development by cultivating relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and industry founders; maintain competitive intelligence to inform decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MXN 80,000 - 100,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in corporate development with direct M&A experience, investment banking, private equity, or Big Four finance/accounting focused on M&A transactions.
  • •Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills with exposure to complex transactions.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-growth environment with proactive, high-ownership behavior.
  • •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, performing financial and business quantitative analysis.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills; MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Business is strongly preferred.
