Build People Analytics products at scale and run research projects that translate people data into measurable business impact. •Partner with People stakeholders to solve business questions and prioritise analytics projects based on impact.
•Embed analytical thinking and impact measurement into People Projects and initiatives.
•Build and evolve people data infrastructure across the people analytics tool stack using APIs and complex datasets.
•Upskill the People organisation at scale to interpret People data from self-serve dashboards and people analytics products.

Key Requirements

•Proficient with SQL and familiar with data pipeline management tools including Snowflake, dbt, Git, and Airflow.
•Experience designing and owning data assets, including building and maintaining complex data sources.
•Ability to leverage data visualisation tools (Visier, Looker, Superset) to democratise insights.
•Track record scoping, building, and delivering impactful People analytics solutions.
•Can partner with senior stakeholders and communicate clear narratives from complex data to drive action.
