Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with People stakeholders to solve business questions and prioritise analytics projects based on impact.
  • •Embed analytical thinking and impact measurement into People Projects and initiatives.
  • •Build and evolve people data infrastructure across the people analytics tool stack using APIs and complex datasets.
  • •Upskill the People organisation at scale to interpret People data from self-serve dashboards and people analytics products.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient with SQL and familiar with data pipeline management tools including Snowflake, dbt, Git, and Airflow.
  • •Experience designing and owning data assets, including building and maintaining complex data sources.
  • •Ability to leverage data visualisation tools (Visier, Looker, Superset) to democratise insights.
  • •Track record scoping, building, and delivering impactful People analytics solutions.
  • •Can partner with senior stakeholders and communicate clear narratives from complex data to drive action.
