Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage internal materials flow and inventory transactions to support plant operations using lean material flow.
  • •Administer indirect and MRO purchasing functions according to Eaton standards and policies.
  • •Generate short-term production scheduling aligned to the Network plan and monitor schedule execution on the factory floor.
  • •Escalate material availability to COE and Network teams; drive forecast attainment and execute shipment schedules aligned to customer priority dates.
  • •Maintain target inventory levels, support OTD and freight targets, and oversee plant-owned data health activities (routings, WMS, MRO, shipping/receiving, part movements, scheduling).

Key Requirements

  • •College degree in Engineering, Business Administration/Management, or Materials Management; MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum five (5) years combined experience in Materials, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of manager of people experience.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems, lean manufacturing, forecasting techniques, bill of material structuring, and scheduling execution; APICS CPIM desirable.
