Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and negotiate data-share agreements and vendor agreement data protection provisions.
  • •Conduct and document Privacy Impact Assessments and Transfer Impact Assessments.
  • •Advise stakeholders on compliant use of third-party tools and services, and support global implementation of internal privacy tools.
  • •Support M&A data privacy due diligence, contract review, and post-acquisition integration, including incident response support.
  • •Advise on privacy and marketing compliance for live, label, and promotional campaigns; support DSAR responses and CRM data rights requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two years’ PQE, preferably in Data Privacy.
  • •Experience handling Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
  • •Experience preparing Privacy Impact Assessments.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating data processing agreements.
  • •Experience implementing and maintaining data privacy operations (e.g., ROPAs, PI inventories, automated processes).
