Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and deliver global executive hiring for senior leadership and critical roles.
  • •Build and embed the internal executive search capability and ways of working within the Talent Acquisition CoE.
  • •Lead executive search delivery end-to-end, including role definition, candidate experience, offers, and closing.
  • •Proactively source and engage executive talent through direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping, and build global talent pipelines.
  • •Govern external executive search partner utilisation and ensure effective use of ATS and talent systems for tracking, reporting, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in executive search (in-house or retained search firm, ideally both).

  • •Strong understanding of global talent markets and executive hiring dynamics in a multinational matrix organization.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
