Job Summary

Own hospital account contracting and growth for pediatric nutrition across designated hospital segments. Lead the full hospital contracting lifecycle from sales planning through RFP/award, implementation, and contract optimization. Build relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and other stakeholders, deliver presentations, and coordinate cross-functional resources. Provide clinical support and evidence-based expertise to help healthcare professionals make informed infant feeding and brand selections.

•Lead hospital contracting lifecycle activities from sales planning through RFP/award, implementation, and contract optimization.
•Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers within strategic hospital accounts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
•Develop, implement, monitor, and adjust short- and long-term account plans aligned with long-term goals.
•Provide credible clinical support using product portfolio knowledge and clinical evidence for infant feeding and brand selection.
•Utilize CRM systems to plan, track, and manage customer interactions and maintain accurate account and activity records.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of successful hospital sales experience with a track record of achieving business objectives.
•Strong knowledge of the hospital environment, including experience with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and/or Provincial Health Authorities.
•Experience in pediatric nutrition, preferably as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Neonatal Dietitian, or Pediatric Dietitian.
•Demonstrated experience managing tenders, negotiations, and complex healthcare purchasing decisions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a related field (Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse preferred).
