Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and implementation of an underwriting strategy aligned with global General Insurance Portfolio management.
  • •Coordinate and support portfolio and performance management, including profitability and growth analysis, recommending changes or remedial actions as needed.
  • •Champion The Zurich Way of Underwriting and Pricing in collaboration with designated business unit contacts.
  • •Promote consistency of underwriting across business units through common methodology, tools, assumptions, and governance.
  • •Maintain the underwriting policy and guideline control framework, providing input into General Insurance policies and guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and foundational experience in underwriting.
  • •Highly organized, with strong time management and multi-project capabilities.
  • •Fluent in both English and Dutch.
  • •Persuasive, confident communicator able to connect with stakeholders.
  • •Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
