Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage IT hardware assets and logistics operations within the data center, ensuring accurate inventory control and proper documentation of asset movements.
  • •Receive, process, and unpack incoming goods; sign for packages; prepare computer kits for distribution; update inventory records; count boxes; perform basic troubleshooting and RMA for defective goods.
  • •Maintain manual and electronic documentation for shipping accounts, barcoding, inventory records, monthly reports, electronic delivery logs, and incoming shipment records.
  • •Use barcode and PDA scanners to perform inventory operations and maintain detailed logs of items shipped, received, or moved.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in meetings to provide updates on inventory status, logistics planning, and asset availability, supporting smooth workflows and project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or Leaving Cert (required).
  • •2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, inventory control, retail, or related work in an IT environment (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • •Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • •Strong communication skills and learning agility.
