Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the workforce planning cycle, integrating demand forecasts, productivity, shrinkage, service levels, attrition, hiring lead times, and financial constraints.
  • •Build, maintain, and validate hands-on WFM, forecasting, demand, and capacity models in Excel with documented assumptions and governance.
  • •Produce rolling forecasts and capacity plans across strategic, tactical, and operational horizons, quantifying gaps, surpluses, risks, and cost implications.
  • •Run scenario and sensitivity analysis for demand volatility and operational changes (including automation, location mix, ramp curves, and service-level/operating-hours changes).
  • •Lead planning reviews with Operations, Finance, and HR, and drive actions based on forecast accuracy, variance investigation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • •12+ years of experience, including 8+ years in workforce management, forecasting, or capacity planning in complex operations, GCC, or shared services.
  • •Workforce Management certification.
  • •Advanced Excel / Power BI certification.
  • •Experience owning forecasting models and advanced analytics for workforce planning in complex environments.
