Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and deliver a consistent client experience.
  • •Coordinate fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations, and investor services support.
  • •Resolve issues to improve service delivery and client satisfaction, aligning expectations across internal teams and clients.
  • •Facilitate investor and client due diligence sessions and lead quarterly service reviews with senior management reporting.
  • •Support growth by identifying growth opportunities, repricing, and providing consulting/technical guidance across key functional areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

  • •Strong client relationship management with institutional clients and senior leaders.
  • •Knowledge of fund operations, accounting, investor services, treasury, trading, or asset servicing functions.
