Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a high-touch, positive candidate experience while branding ATI in the marketplace.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing strategies and build talent pools/pipelines.
  • •Phone screen candidates and help ensure a strong quality of hire.
  • •Drive adherence and consistency in the recruitment and interview process, including competency-based interview guides.
  • •Manage candidate applications in ATS (ADP RM), coordinating interviews, providing recruitment updates, and reporting performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or, in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, at least seven years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for engineering/technical and high-volume production/manufacturing roles).
  • •At least three years of full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience for exempt engineering, technical, and high-volume production/manufacturing roles.
  • •Strong experience building sourcing/talent pool strategies and conducting full life-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles.
  • •Experience using an ATS system such as ADP RM in a process- and data-driven environment.
  • •Experience using Excel for data, reporting, and analytics.
