Senior Engineer, Flight Test (R5371)

Develop and execute flight test strategies to validate autonomy capabilities, software integrations, and end-to-end system performance in real-world conditions. Design test scenarios that reproduce mission workflows, build analysis tools to improve coverage and regression efficiency, and triage issues using flight logs, telemetry, and rosbag data. Partner with middleware, autonomy, and integration teams, mentor engineers, and establish testing standards across the Hivemind Quality organization.
