Improve manufacturing performance by applying lean methods to identify waste, enhance throughput, and strengthen cost, schedule, and efficiency. Partner with senior leadership and functional teams to support site-level improvement targets, reduce days-to-manufacture, and optimize facility, equipment, and labor utilization. Use data analysis to drive decisions around process, capacity, variation, and performance metrics while participating in continuous improvement and shop-floor support.

•Apply lean tools and methodologies to identify waste, improve throughput, and enhance manufacturing performance
•Work cross-functionally to support site-level improvement targets and achieve macro plan milestones
•Collaborate to reduce days-to-manufacture, increase efficiency, and improve flow
•Develop and optimize methods for effective utilization of production facilities, equipment, and personnel
•Use analysis of processes, capacity, variation, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

•University degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field
•Experience in a manufacturing operations environment
•Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
•Preferred: Experience using continuous improvement tools such as Lean, CORE, or Six Sigma
•Preferred: Industrial Engineering experience
