•Analyze clinical workflows and processes to identify opportunities to improve how Philips clinical applications are used.
•Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to healthcare professionals, documenting interactions and outcomes accurately.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/vocational education OR a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales Management (or equivalent).
•Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical applications, business development, clinical sales, sales support, or equivalent.
•Ability to adapt clinical training programs to meet diverse healthcare provider needs while working under direct supervision.
•Knowledge of clinical protocols and operational policies to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
•Experience creating instructional materials and user guides based on identified training gaps.
