Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience administering equity compensation plans in a public company
  • •Experience with equity administration systems, including Shareworks by Morgan Stanley and an HRIS system, and Oracle (preferred)
  • •Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification preferred but not required
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and a general understanding of US federal and state taxation
