Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate overall capacity and capital planning requirements for assembly and test in TI Malaysia.
  • •Support sites and SBE’s on capacity requirements based on customer demands and monthly forecast cycles.
  • •Understand and eliminate constraints to meet customer demand.
  • •Develop action plans for test capacity improvements (e.g., conversions, test time reductions) and deploy test roadmap to close gaps.
  • •Determine allocations and equipment move/install plans between buildings/floors based on demand. (Also provide expertise and analysis for management decisions.)

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years working experience in capacity planning.
  • •Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • •Strong communication skills to collaborate across functional boundaries and with upper management.
  • •Strong analytical skills to detect problems in detail and create proactive actions.
  • •Comprehensive PC skills, including spreadsheets and statistical/presentation capabilities.
