Key Responsibilities

  • •Strip, rebuild, or modify hydraulic components for assigned jobs.
  • •Modify, rebuild, and fabricate drill components.
  • •Test components to ensure accuracy of fit and perform fault finding.
  • •Update job cards for parts used and report inadequate stock levels to the shop leading hand.
  • •Troubleshoot service issues and escalate to the relevant technical area when needed.

  • •Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Mobile Plant, or Light Vehicle Mechanic qualifications.
