Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, monitor, and improve the quality, accuracy, and consistency of HR data in global systems and processes.
  • •Analyze data trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions to enhance data integrity and reporting outcomes.
  • •Support the creation, coordination, and delivery of employee-facing and stakeholder communications for HR programs and initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with HR, Shared Services, and cross-functional teams to meet data governance standards and communication requirements.
  • •Perform data validation, audits, and quality checks to identify and resolve issues; document processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with data quality, reporting, analytics, shared services, HR operations, or a related business function.
  • •Strong attention to detail to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Experience with data management processes, quality controls, and documentation practices.
  • •Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience working with enterprise systems.
